How does it work?
PRIMMO gives you access to our transactional platform allowing you to purchase licenses for electronic lease printing. These licenses are available in sets of 10, 50, 100 et 250The count of the number of remaining leases is accessible from the Primmo suite. The leases are sold at a price of $3.99, plus transaction fees.
You just need to create a new tenant in the PRIMMO suite, enter their contact information and the terms of the lease associated with your tenant, and then export everything directly into the electronic version of the lease.
It is possible for you to print the lease, send it by email, and automatically archive it in your database. This lease remains linked to your tenant.
